At Northern Creations Studio, every piece is created with care, quality, and attention to detail. Each artwork is unique, and we take great pride in ensuring it reaches you safely and in perfect condition.

All Sales Are Final

Because each piece is original and individually made, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your artwork is damaged at the time of pickup or upon delivery, please let us know immediately. Once the artwork leaves our possession in good condition, Northern Creations Studio is not responsible for any damage that occurs afterward.

Custom & Commissioned Pieces

Custom orders and commissioned artwork are non-refundable and non-returnable under any circumstances, except in cases of damage during transit.
