1. Overview

Welcome to Northern Creations Studio. By purchasing artwork, prints, or services from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are intended to protect both you (the buyer) and us (the artist).

2. Artwork & Product Information

Each artwork is handcrafted and unique. Colors, textures, and finishes may vary slightly from what appears in photos due to lighting and screen differences. All dimensions are approximate.

3. Sales & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment must be received in full before an item is released for pickup or delivery.

  • Accepted payment methods may include cash, e-transfer, or other methods as agreed upon prior to purchase.

4. Pickups & Deliveries

  • All items are available for local pickup or personal delivery within an agreed area.

  • Once the artwork leaves our possession in good condition, Northern Creations Studio is not liable for any damage, loss, or theft that may occur afterward.

  • If a buyer fails to pick up an item within 14 days of purchase (without prior arrangement), the sale may be considered void without refund.

5. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted once the sale is completed.
If your artwork is damaged prior to pickup or delivery, please contact us immediately to discuss a replacement or refund.

6. Custom & Commissioned Work

Custom and commissioned pieces require a non-refundable deposit before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion.
Revisions or adjustments must be discussed prior to final approval. Once the final artwork is accepted, no further changes or refunds will be issued.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All artworks, designs, images, and creative materials by Northern Creations Studio remain the intellectual property of the artist, Tyler Walker, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Buyers may not reproduce, resell prints, or use the artwork for commercial purposes without written permission.

8. Privacy

Any personal information collected (such as name, email, or address) will only be used to complete your order or coordinate delivery. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.

9. Liability

Northern Creations Studio is not responsible for:

  • Accidents, damage, or loss occurring after delivery or pickup.

  • Delays due to personal schedules, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.
