Local Pickup
Local pickup is available by appointment in Calmar, Alberta, or at another mutually agreed-upon location.

You will receive a confirmation message when your artwork is ready.

Please inspect the piece at pickup to confirm it’s in perfect condition.
Local Delivery
Personal delivery is available within Edmonton, Calgary, and surrounding areas, depending on availability.

Delivery fees may apply based on distance.

All details will be discussed and confirmed prior to delivery.

Artwork is transported by hand to ensure a safe and smooth experience.
Shipping (Canada, U.S., U.K., Europe, Australia, New Zealand)
We now offer secure shipping through trusted carriers.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.

All original artworks are professionally packaged for protection during transit.

Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped.
International Duties & Taxes
Customers outside Canada are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees required by their country.
These charges are not collected by Northern Creations Studio and are determined by local customs regulations.
Processing Times

Originals are shipped within 3–7 business days after purchase.

Print-on-demand items may have their own processing times depending on the product.
Damages
If your artwork arrives damaged:

Include photos of the packaging and artwork

We will handle the claim with the carrier and work toward a solution
Once a piece is picked up in person or delivered in good condition, Northern Creations Studio is not responsible for any damage that occurs afterward.
